If you see a message that paper has jammed inside the product, follow the steps here or on the LCD screen to clear the jam. Cancel the print job, if necessary. Remove any jammed paper from the rear paper feed slot. Open the printer cover and remove any jammed paper inside. Select the Descreening checkbox in Epson Scan’s Home or Professional Mode window. In Professional Mode, select an appropriate Screen Ruling for the Descreening and deselect the Unsharp Mask setting. See Adjusting the Color and Other Image Settings for instructions.
